Moulana Muhammad Ali Siddiqui was born on 1^st Rabi ul awwal, 1328H [12 March 1910], in Kandehla, India. His father, Moulana Hakim Ahmed was student and Khalifah of Moulana Rashid Ahmed Gangouhi (Allah be pleased with him). Moulana Hakim Ahmed was also a physician, a profession he had adopted on the will of Moulana Ganghouhi (Allah be pleased with him). Moulana  Muhammad Ali Siddiqui got his initial education from his mother, later he joined Darul uloom Deoband at the age of 19 years. His nikah was recited by Moulana Shabir Ahmed usmani (Allah be pleased with him).
